moonsoft Posted April 7, 2009 Share Posted April 7, 2009 I live In Texas, and state sales tax here dictates that only 85% of the hosting fees are taxable. Most people here do not complain for charging then taxes on 100% of the price, but a few have become the proverbial thron in the side. after looking up several other states in the US I see that there are alot more areas where hosting fees are taxed this way.
