Dedigeeks-Sean Posted April 7, 2009 Share Posted April 7, 2009 Hello, Is this me having an issue or just the way WHMCS works? - I have setup the Sales Ticket System and I have just tested it and well it does not seem to work. - I submitted a Test Ticket and everything works, I get the email and a link to the Sales Ticket in /support/viewticket.php ... The thing is if the person wanted to respond they cannot because the ticket does not show, Just the WHMCS Footer.
