PropioWeb.com
I have a client who had not updated their credit card to their new expiration date so when it was time for their subscription it failed. They've since updated it but I don't think PayPal automatically pays the request after it's been submitted once. So my question is how do I handle this? Do I send another request and if so, how should I go about doing it in WHMCS without creating a new subscription? Or is there a better way of handling this? Thanks Sammy
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted January 2, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted January 2, 2007 PayPal reattempts failed subscription payments automatically 3 days after the first due date. I'm not sure if they try it again after that. If not, switch your customer to PayPal Invoices so they get an invoice. Matt

WHMCS CEO Matt Posted January 2, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted January 2, 2007 Unless the PayPal Subscription is cancelled it will succeed next time if they've updated their card. If not, they'll need to create a new subscription. In V3, there's now a link for them to do this.
