StartYourServer
StartYourServer.com offers reseller hosting to people starting their own webhosting company. We primarily recommend that our clients use WHMCS since it is the software that we are the most familiar with. However, one of our clients has run into an issue. He cannot remember the password to his Admin CP. We told him to use the "Forgot Password" link at the Admin Login page. However, the email that it is sending his password to is no longer valid. Is there any way that he can retrieve his password through cPanel? Thank you for taking the time to read this.
scurrell
Edit the database to change the admin email address, and then use the forgot password link?

peeta
No offense intended but inquiries like this will cost you clients. Go to Cpanel Open PHPmyadmin Click the DB for WHMCS Click tbladmins Click Browse Click edit (the pencil image) for the admin Change the email address Or you could change the password HASH to 5f4dcc3b5aa765d61d8327deb882cf99 which is 'password' then login and change it.
