ecohosting
I have setup an addon and set it to be a one-time fee. When the client receives an email with the order the $ amount in the email is identified as recurring and the Billing Cycle is left blank. Setup Fee: $0.00 Recurring Amount: $50.00 Billing Cycle: Any ideas how to fix ?
atDev
I was wondering the same thing.
Gemster
I have setup an addon and set it to be a one-time fee. When the client receives an email with the order the $ amount in the email is identified as recurring and the Billing Cycle is left blank. Seems you have it the wrong way around: Setup Fee: $0.00 Recurring Amount: $50.00 Should be: Setup Fee: $50.00 Recurring Amount: $0.00 Or have i miss understood what you are trying to say ? atDev
Sure you could probably do it that way. But the point is the addons "act" differently than the products. If you sell a product with a one time fee (not setting the setup fee) it properly shows something like this: Product/Service: XXXXX First Payment Amount: $99.95 USD Recurring Amount: $0.00 USD Billing Cycle: One Time But if you do the same thing for the addon it shows: Addon: XXXXX Setup Fee: $0.00 USD Recurring Amount: $14.95 USD Billing Cycle: One Time I assume it would recognize that the "Billing Cycle" = "One Time" and change the verbiage.
