WIS hosting
Hello, a client has notified me of ending his hostingaccount. His hosting account is due on june 8. Is there a way to prevent sending him the invoice for the coming year? And is there a way to automaticly terminate his account when the end date is reached? thnx
chickendippers
Have the client make a cancellation request. That will do everything for you (except cancel PayPal subscriptions)
Summy
If a client contacts us wishing to cancel via a support ticket, email or phone, we simply log in to their client area and submit the cancel request ourselfs using the appropriate mechanism. This then deals with not invoicing going forward, and wiping the account from the server, as said by chickdippers.
WIS hosting
I use version 3.7.2. I cannot find a cancel button in the client area. Only a button to not prolong the domainname.
