xxsashixx Posted March 19, 2009 Share Posted March 19, 2009 (edited) I have set everything in WHMCS to noreply@domain.com My own admin account is set a admin@domain.com as well as my own client. When I go ahead and email from my own personal gmail account to noreply@domain.com it imports the ticket but in the support section it shows 0 active tickets..
