Not sure.. Email/Support Dept Problem

I'm not sure if this is the right place to put it.. probably isn't.

 

Anyways I have set it up so that everything is configured at noreply@domain.com.

I have setup a cron job for pop.php file.

I have my own client login details setup at admin@domain.com

 

Now when I email something from my own personal gmail account to noreply@domain.com it should open a new ticket shouldn't it?
