Weirdest WHMCS

Hi guys,

 

I have always been in love with WHMCS. Especially after the move from ClientExec a couple of years back. However recently I have been experiencing really funny stuffs.

 

Firstly, my WHMCS will just shutdown out of no where. I will get the error of ioncube 5.xxxx not loaded. I thought I have installed them earlier on? But after I have uploaded them again, things appear fine. And after a weeks, things change again. The error comes back again and I have to do the same thing again.

 

I have asked the support to help me in this case and they added this to the htaccess:

The ioncube error is solved.

 

However now the system is unable to generate any invoice. I have customers complaining that they are unable to checkout their orders. No invoice is created and I received orders that have no value to them.

 

Please advice.

Is your MySQL database running in strict mode? If it is, switch it off...

It seems like it is unable to generate invoice or any receipt.

 

When I clicked on invoices and 'Mark Paid' the next screen is just blank (except for the header and sidebar).

 

The same thing happens when I try to generate invoices.

 

Any kind souls out there that can help me with this issue?

This sounds like the web server, not whmcs
