We have decided to go out on our own and get someone to code the module/customization we need, which is APC reboots and device management. We want to list all necessary information about our devices (mainly servers) and be able to tie them back to active customers for easy cross referencing and tracking, as well as some simple IP management.

The modules listed on here just keep falling off the planet for some reason.

We already have graphs displaying in the client area, not too concerned about direct billing for overage just yet as we can still do this manually (we rarely have overages anyway).

I don't know that would be feasible, or possible on my part as far as time. We need a workable system for this and is why we have hired a coder to work on it.

If it were something that was more "plug and play" maybe it could be different, but I doubt this will be that easy and we simply cannot take on supporting this.

If you want a good reason for bandwidth overusage look a the following.

2000GB bandwidth included in international server at about $200.

2000GB LOCAL bandwidth in South Africa cost $20 000 +

So I definitively am in for a bandwidth overusage billing addon.

I don't think so - I just downloaded teh beta and haven't had much of a chance to play with it, but from the release notes the only thing I noticed was that 4.1 now includes the ability to monitor and bill for bandwidth & storage overages - for shared accounts. This is far from device management & bandwidth billing as discussed in this thread.

I could be wrong, just gave it a quick once over.
