TheHostingHeroes
Hi I am also interested in this. We use APC reboot switches and would love for a way for clients to be able to reboot from within WHMCS and see bandwidth (CISCO 2950 switchs).
ehuk
ditto, I am currently using a small script with very limited functionality. If you can provide a full solution for us dedicated + colo providers I would be very much interested. Please get in touch!

SharedLayer
Hello, Sorry to the people that are left waiting for a response from us. We have been working hard to get this project of the ground and are now at approx. 50% of the development work. We are a little behind plans because we expected to launch this product at the end of april. I have send this information to everyone requesting it. As to a comment above: - The reboot functionality will support only APC reboots at the start - Bandwidth graphing will be done by Cacti in the first release (with secure includes), in a next version we will release a full SNMP capable bandwidth grapher but it's just to much work to include that in the first release. Feature Overview 3.1 Services Manager -- The services manager contains the functionality to add/edit or remove services from a client. Services are split into several categories - Dedicated Server - Colocation - Network Uplink - Power Drop - KVM IP - Software Licenses Within the Services Manager the “admin” can create all kinds of assets such as servers, switches, remote rebooters, kvm over ip switches, facilities and racks. 3.2 IP Manager The IP Manager contains all IP pools assigned to “the company” IP Pools can be categorized as needed by facility. The IP Manager is able to manage IPv4 and IPv6 addresses. Using the administration area admin’s can assign IP pools to services, based on CIDR notation and the optional “is VLAN” function which leads to the script creating a broadcast, gateway etc. address if not a VLAN the script will use the IP pools default broadcast and gateway. Clients and Admins can change the Reverse DNS settings of the IP, there are 2 methods direct or e-mail. Direct: Communicate with the DNS server and make the changes, note; you need an assigned IP range for this and ask your provider to reroute RDNS requests to your own name servers! The system will use PowerDNS as backbone. Additionally we can rent you space on our PowerDNS cluster. E-Mail: E-mail the requested changes to the NOC. 3.3 Reboots Manager Shutdown / Reboot / Power-on through APC 3.4 Traffic Manager Cacti Integration 3.5 Log Manager Log all work done on a device including time management and billing. Feature requests can be made through PM Note to Iptellifent and elljef, you are not allowed to receive PM's please e-mail me at dh - sharedlayer - com Edited April 2, 2009 by SharedLayer

The first release candidate is scheduled to be released on May 15th, we are hoping WHMCS v4 is released in the first week of May so we can do some testing with that as well. The third Beta Release for testers is expected within 2 weeks from now.
