I try to understand if email piping are really useful for me. In fact I would like to not communicate any email address and communicate only using support ticket. If am not wrong when creating a new support department we must fill it with a email address... I plan to set all email department to "no_reply@mywebsite.com" like that user must always use online ticket and can not answer directly by email...
Do you think is a bad way to do like that ? What is the real advantage to use email piping except the fact we can send and receive support ticket without login into whmcs ? Personally I prefer manage all support ticket from admin because like that am able to use predefined answer and FAQ...
