ServWise.com
I am planning to buy v4 of WHMCS when it comes out. One thing I would like is to be able to Rewrite urls on the client side pages so that visitors browsing domain.com/en/ only see english and visitors browsing domain.com/it/ only see italian. I note that in the demo language seems to be set using a session cookie, this is really not good for SEO at all and this way search engines will only ever index the default language and never get to index any of the italian content. By any chance is there a template value I can set to overide the session value so I can then do a test for /it/ in the URL and force the appropriate language? If not this would be a really good thing to have.
ServWise.com
Okay I think I have solved this issue somewhat. Putting ?language=Italian in the URL forces the language (Tested even for a Search Engine Spider) and I can use that in the rewriting system to output the right language based on url. (I just hope it works for all pages in WHMCS).
