openmind Posted February 27, 2009 Share Posted February 27, 2009 I have an addon for SSL certificates setup in the config for all plans and "is checked. When a customer, or I for that matter, adds the addon to an existing plan, vat is not being charged even though the customer is liable to pay it. The addon show on the product page but again vat is not applied and I have to go to manage addons and manually tick the charge tax checkbox. VAT is being charged correctly when the addon is purchased with a plan at the same time, it's only happening whne the addon is added to an existing plan already in whmcs.
