prooi
Hello.. I have installed WHMCS on my server (Debian Lenny with ispCP - supported by external MOD) When i am going to choose my domain registrar, i prefer to choose the Email-way, as i am creating the domains manually until I get enough customers. But as I have written the email in and so, trying to create a webhotel with domain and everything, no email is send to the address... Why doesnt I receive the email? And then another thing.. Why is the price of the domain not shown in the order? It just says 0kr. for the domain, and i have set it to 50... Hope someone will help me with this! Kind regards prooi

othellotech
we make extensive use of the registrars of type "email" and they all work fine - so start by getting your server admin to check the maillog files and the price being 0kr on your order - have you set the package to have a free domain ?
prooi
I actually figured out everything! It was just because of a missing dot in the domain price list. And actually, I am the server admin ;-)
