This is one of the worst rated website i have ever since. i have my reasons. this is like a blog to me when i login. firstly i check if its wordpress made? i saw .HTML.... did you took the template down from a blog website? this website does not show a big company behind managing this hosting business. it looks like a reseller website. The feeling of "safe to use hosting from this company" is not shown.
