SindreM
Hi, After upgrading to v3.8.1, it is not possible to view support tickets through the client area. When clicking on a ticket (regardless of status), only a blank page is displayed in the right column (menu and header still show). Any ideas? Thank you, Sindre
SilverNodashi
It sounds like the upgrade wasn't totally succesful. Re-upload the PHP files relating to this problem, or re-upload all the files.
SindreM
Well, the upgrade did complete successfully, but I will give it another try.

SindreM
Yes, I solved the problem by upgrading my templates.
ChrisGooding
In what way.... What exactly was missing from your templates that caused this? I ask as we have quite heavily customised our support templates. Cheers
SindreM
Actually, we haven't customized our WHMCS much yet so I just uploaded the default template. You should be able to easily locate the changes by comparing your template file with the default one.
ChrisGooding
Never mind, just found it. It was the viewtickets.tpl. Thanks anyway though.
