ScrltOTara
What parts of the package do you need to set up vs. leave blank? Here is my issue: I had a package that had 10 mySQL databases. I changed it to 15 in WHM, but forgot to change the package settings in WHMCS. Now, when someone signs up for that package, it creates it with the settings I put in WHMCS, not the settings in WHM. Can I leave the settings blank in WHMCS so it creates it correctly? Thanks,
rodeoXtreme
I believe that as long as the Plan name is the same in WHMCS as it is in WHM; it will create the Plan based on the Plan name. But why wouldn't you just update the Plan in WHMCS so that it does match what you have in WHM?
ScrltOTara
Well, it wasn't intentional. I started with 5 databases in a particular package and upgraded it to 10. BUt forgot to change it in WHMCS. My point is that when I let WHMCS create the package, it creates it with the criteria in WHMCS, not the correct package on the server.
