Can an Addon Module to Bill VoIP customer be built?

Like the look of WHMCS a lot but want to use it for not only web hosting billing but for a whole range of services and would like to know if addons could be built to allow billing for VoIP services and ADSL?

 

So would like to be able to show a list of calls or a section on how much has been downloaded.

We use WHMCS for DSL billing which includes monthly fee but also overage usage, or monthly top ups.

 

The API is very good when adding features not included 'in the box'

Glad to see someone is using it for data services like DSL as we are looking to do this as well.

 

How do you go about showing users there download and connection status?

We get it all from our wholesale DSL supplier.. All that info is provided by XML.

It's custom coded to work with WHMCS API and custom built client area .tpl files.
