You loose some things on whmcs like there news thing and tickets and more i like kayako i just don't like when clients log in and it dose not show any tickets open! But i dont believe whmcs has a way to import Kayako tickets but wait for a better reply or i say open a ticket with whmcs support and they well help you more!
