ChrisGooding Posted February 5, 2009 Share Posted February 5, 2009 If you have set up ticket groups (ie support, billibg etc) then you may not have permissions to view the tickets. Go to the Configuration menu and open up the Administrators screen. (Not roles). Then simply edit the administrator in question (i.e you) and tick the relevant boxes under Assigned departments.
