siforek
I want to list my servers & any network issues on the homepage, yet I've got to query the DB for the info. I'm sure I'll figure it out, but just wondering if anyone happens to have it already?
D9Hosting
I think this would be very useful if you could get it working, it might be even better to have it at the top of the "Submit Ticket" page. Something like: There are currently no issues on our network (for when everything is fine) And There are currently no issues on our network, apart from: Aliens have invaded our datacentre and have taken our admins hostage (For when there's a problem) I think if you had it at the top of the tickets page, you'd be able to reduce the number of "Is the server down" support requests when there's a problem.
Lethanialist
Do you mean the WHMCS main page or your actual company's main page? I'd like to see this as well if it doesn't already exist, it'd be nice to have it display only when there is an open issue.
siforek
I want to display both on my support homepage. Network issues shouldn't be an issue, simply get the info from the DB. I guess server status is separate, and I'd have to use curl or something.. Any help would be great.
