StarD
So when a customer creates a ticket its fine until they submit it then when it becomes /submitticket.php?step=3 The following shows up Forbidden You don't have permission to access submitticket.php on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. How would i fix this? Thanks, Don
AndrewMKP
Check that the permissions of the file submitticket.php are correct.

StarD
On a completely unrelated question I have this problem. During email piping I am asked to forward them to | php -q /home/username/public_html/billing/pipe/pipe.php but through cPanel i found out I can only get to |/home/username/hstevenr/public_html/billing/pipe/pipe.php How can I make this work? Also please note that when you enter something into cPanel the "home" folder is already there
AndrewMKP
It should generate the code in your Admin Area on what the email piping cron is. I suggest you also check out http://wiki.whmcs.com/Email_Piping more specifically http://wiki.whmcs.com/Email_Piping#Common_Problems
