mediademon
Hi I need a better understanding of the email in whmcs... Gray areas: If the primary email is not the default billing email what emails does the primary account email still receive? Does enabling "Don't Send Overdue Emails" work for just the primary email or for the contacts also? Need to be able to reduce the primary email traffic to nothing! Hope this makes sense?
chickendippers
All messages are sent to the primary email address. No way round that.
mediademon
Doesn't seem to be very flexible for larger client companies who have different department requirements?
chickendippers
Dunno, none of our clients have complained.
easyhosting
When a company small or large sign up with you, they will only give you one email address, this is your contact email address, if a company wants the emails sent to other departments, this is not your resposibility, you send invoices etc to the contact email you have it is them up to your client to forward these onto which of their departments they want to receive this message/invoice
mediademon
Well with this in mind, why do we have contacts and the ability to choose which emails they receive?
