web-1234
I am really stuck on this and maybe you had the same problem and fixed. In WHMCS - set up server - set up one test product Made a successful purchase of test product - received welcome email with log on details In WHMCS - 1 active account is showing In Plesk - domain name set-up but nothing else No hosting configured, no domain administrator set-up, nor NS settings. Allowed is showing the date of set-up which is the same as Used which makes the account inactive. I have lodged a ticket but hoping someone here can point me in the right direction. Here is the error for the log: Automatic Setup of Account on Order Failed (2204 - Unable to update hosting preferences. hosting update is failed: Some fields are empty or contain an improper value. cObject->update() failed: Some fields are empty or contain an improper value. ('fp_adm' = '', 'fp_pass' = '') ('fp_adm' = '', 'fp_pass' = '') Incorrect fields: "fp_adm","fp_pass".)

web-1234
Looks like Plesk and WHMCS just do not work as I can't get it working.
serve-you
Not sure if you are still having problems with this, but I had similar problems to you when migrating from another billing solution. The fix for me, was to delete my old templates from plesk, and recreate them. My only guess is that there is a bunch of old garbage like frontpage hidden in them, so even if you edit them, it doesn't change. ChrisGooding
We use Plesk with WHMCS and have no problems what so ever. As said, creating new templates may be a good way to go, or alternatively you can simply edit the existing templates. One thing to check VERY closely though, is that the domain template and account templates that go together do not have contradicting resource limits, i.e a higher allowance in the domain template than what is allowed by the client template. You will be surprised at just how 1 tiny difference can bring it all down.
magga
I use Plesk with WHMCS and it also works fine for me, I would also second what ChrisGooding has said - make sure you check this as it caused problems for me at first.
