MH-Stefan
Hello, I've recently switched from Lpanel to WHMCS, which I don't regret. Among other minor issues, there's something wrong with the due dates of a client's product/service - they don't update automatically. When the nightly cron runs, WHMCS sends an invoice to the client, later it gets charged by PayPal, the invoice is marked as paid, but then that's it! The due date doesn't gets updated, no receipt is being sent. Does this have anything to do with the migration or is this normal? Do I have to update the due date and/or send the receipt manually? Also, who should I contact for support if my license is leased? My vendor or WHMCS? Thanks in advance!
Matt Wade
You can contact WHMCS for support. Are you sure that these invoices you are referring to aren't some that we imported in? If that is the case then it is as simple as the invoice wasn't properly tied to the product. If these invoices were indeed created by whmcs, then I don't know what to say .
