Adding custom field to support ticket details tab

I was wondering if it is possible to add custom fields (like we have for example domain, username, password, ...) into the support ticket details tab instead of in its own tab.

 

It would be easier and definitely faster to deal with tickets this way.

 

I assume the file for the page supporttickets.php is completely encoded since there seems to be no template for it, so I'm not sure if this can be added at all.

Hi there,

 

No, I am talking about the admin side of the tickets, not the client side.

When viewing a ticket in the admin panel, you do have a tab where any custom client fields (like password, etc.) can be shown, but I would like to see those visible at all times, not just behind the tab. This way you don't have to keep going back and forth to that tab every time you need it.
