cron question

Since I am getting this email:

"0 Invoices Created

0 Invoice Payment Reminders Sent

0 Accounts Suspended

0 Tickets Automatically Closed"

 

it means my cron is working fine. but a question:

 

I set: "Invoice Generation Enter the number of days before the due payment date you want to generate invoices" to 1.

and "Invoice Unpaid Reminder Enter the number of days before the invoice due date you would like to send a reminder" to 2.

 

as today is 19/12 I created an invoice with the due date: 20/12 and I think I should get a new invoice, but not. I also set it to 21/12 and I did not get any reminder.

 

why? please advice.

when I place a new order the initial invoice created due dat is just the day after the order is placed, and this is not after one month as the item is monthly. please advice.

Of course. The first payment from a client is due on the day they order. As for invoice generation, check the product is set to an invoiced payment gateway.
