dmc_ss
Hi, I've never needed a full blown TOS or AUP really until now. I'm wondering if someone is willing to allow the use of their TOS and\or AUP to which I can modify to suit my requirements, rather than just copy someones without prior consent?? Needed for general shared hosting etc. It would save a awful lot of time. Regards, David.

Phile
If you are reselling hosting from another company you may want to incorporate some of the TOS that you yourself have to follow from your service provider. Just a thought.
easyhosting
This is the best course of action, as you think being a reseller, your root host get you to agree to their set of terms, basically these are the same terms your clients will have to adhere too, so the bext option is just to use these TOS, most root hosts will allow you to do this as i said these are the same stipulations you must get your clients to adhere to.
