Knowledgebase Issue?

In my knowledgebase articles the print feature works however the 'Add to favourites' link does not seem to do anything or add to my bookmarks etc.

 

The other is my search facility does not seem to be searching correctly or picking up the words at all. Even if I type the exact name as the Article name nothing shows :shock::?

 

Any ideas on these two or anyone duplicate the problem? :roll:

We have started populating a new knowledgebase today and the search is not working for us as well. Additionally, the tickets are not displaying correctly for us, the editor does not save HTML edits that I have made either.

 

WHMCS Version: 3.8.1

Andrew, cant speak for the other issue, but i've noticed similar behaviour with my add to favourites after i enabled 3.8.1 SEF links in DL & KB.

 

I don't have a fix, but I guess it has to do with the 'base url' setting, as it seems to work ok when i disabled that line of code
