Terrabit Host
I spent 2 days intergrating Joomla and WHMCS to look so similar you wouldn't be able to tell they were seperate scripts unless you looked at the url, unfortionately i come across a few javascript problems and with 1 image not loading on the WHMCS site other than those it pretty much fits in perfectly. http://www.terrabithost.com - Joomla site https://secure.terrabithost.com - WHMCS Site
shed
Any chance of a rundown of how you went about the integration? Looks good by the way! Rgds shed

Terrabit Host
i just made a blank page in the joomla site went to view source, and then opened up header.tpl and footer.tpl and copy pasted the code fixing the url's and changing a few lines of code along the way and removing code that was causing the billing site to choke. There are still a few bugs but i can't seem to resolve them. I havn't tested IE6 as i refuse to support any browser older than IE7 due to the fact most people are running Vista now or have the IE7 update from microsoft.
GORF
I havn't tested IE6 as i refuse to support any browser older than IE7 I can tell by the HUGE popup warning when the site first loads! due to the fact most people are running Vista now or have the IE7 update from microsoft. I am on a corporate owned laptop (my other job) running XP that will never be Vista/Windows7, IE Brazillian, etc. because of other software that is required to run on it in order for me to do my job. IE7 is just over 2 years old. I can only imagine, and will not try to point to stats, how many IE6 users there still are. Anyway, it apears to work in 6 now. I haven't gone through all pages/functions. It wouldn't matter from your comments. Looks clean.
Terrabit Host
i had a long hard think about the while IE thing, and i speant most of today (6hours) re-writting the template code to work with IE6 and above this meant a lot of hunting through joomla core files and template files as well as the page source, the only thing i havn't managed to get to work in IE 6 is the hover function on the main menu above the content, not sure why it doesnt work as the javascript is loaded and they work in firefox / IE 7, however it seems to be running much better and looking better after this as i also cleaned up a lot of the code

Frankc
Even the default installation don't works with IE6 on certain servers. On ours it works perfectly but not on hostgator for example so it's not a template issue. How many IE6 visitors do you have that you reject right from start as potential clients? Our stats on two WHMCS websites (that run perfectly with IE6 and standard cPanel setup) show 52% IE6 users and 7% IE7 users. To deny 52% of potential clients access to your website because WHMCS don't work properly on some servers with IE6 seems like very bad idea.

This has been re-thought this was done before the re-launch this is why the site is now fully cross browser and has been tested from ie6 up so this is no longer an issue
Frankc
Not in my Windows 2000 with latest IE6 (Reinstalled IE6 with direct download and install option to make 100% sure). After three days I am still trying to find out WHY certain WHMCS installations like yours and TWO that I have on Hostgator display blank page every time unless you click GO but works perfectly on other servers. (Originally have 4 on my servers without any problem. Moved one to hostgator and encounter this problem. Move another one and the same problem too. Later checked and it seems that some "showcase" installations works fine and some like yours don't.) Seems it can be narrowed down to only Windows 2000 and IE6 so maybe it's not so big problem after all but still.... If only 10 of the 52% current visitors (on working installation) cannot order any hosting and click away to next host it's a MONTHLY loss of income and can be considerable big amounts over time) First image is when I access your link first time. Second image is after I clicked GO again. (notice my mouse pointer) Edited February 25, 2009 by Frankc
redrat
I've just noticed that your top right 'Tools' for text resizing are not working. I get a blank page selecting large text using FF 3x. Nice work though. Hope this helps.
Frankc
If selecting large text using FF 3 x gives a blank page then the "blank page syndrome" seems to be a cross browser problem with WHMCS and Matt should urgently look into that. Ignoring such error or giving an error while still display the page would be preferiable above a complete blank page.
redrat
Just to be clear, the large text tool I referred to is an integral part of the Joomla! theme being used and nothing to do with WHMCS whatsoever. As such, all pages of the site featuring the 'tool' set in the 'toolbar' area of the Joomla! them are affected. In this case the 'tools' provided are limited to text resizing. The normal text option works fine but the large text option does not and produces the blank page. Perhaps the theme's designers could provide a fix for this.
Aniruddh
And please have a look at that you are calling some unsecured(http) items on a secured(https) page. This is making an exclamatory mark on the secured lock of SSL:D Take a look a this:

(notice my mouse pointer) Thanks for the heads-up on this as i am running vista and so are the other pc's in the office it's impossible to use ie6 it's a big problem but i am working on getting one xp machine up and running just for testing the site. i'm guessing it could be a issue with either the php configuration or because it's calling external scripts and stylesheets from a non-secure source, what ever the problem is ill get the person over a Terrabit Group to look into it, and ill add it to the to-do list on there system ill post back once i have got some feedback from him Thanks again.
