RobJ Posted January 10, 2009 Share Posted January 10, 2009 Good Morning, Ive just been testing out my installation and ive come across this problem. When someone sends me a email via the "pre-sales questions" section, i recieve the email fine but it gives me no further infomation like a reply address. kipperjp Posted January 24, 2009 Share Posted January 24, 2009 Hello, You're missing how the support tickets functions. Email goes into support ticket system and then sends you a notification via email. If you reply to that email it goes back to the support ticket system and the system in turn sends your reply to the customer. To view the customers email info you must log into WHMCS and go view ticket in the support ticket system.
