Fraud Detection System (FDS)

We are in need of additional beta testers for our new Fraud Detection System (FDS) module for WHMCS. The Fraud Detection System (FDS) for WHMCS is a modular fraud detection and prevention system aimed at minimizing the risk of chargebacks and fraud to the WHMCS community. Since the system is modular in nature, addons can be added to the system simply by copying a file into the appropriate directory. This is further simplified by an installer that automates the downloading and installation of newly purchased addons.

FDS protects the WHMCS hosting provider by performing realtime risk analysis of orders as the customer places them, rejecting orders that are blatantly fraudulent, requiring additional verification on questionable orders, and notifying the administrator of other potential concerns. All of this occurs automatically without any intervention of staff.

The module currently supports the following fraud detection services:

1) MaxMind INCLUDED IN BETA

2) Fraud Labs INCLUDED IN BETA

3) Chargebackprotection.org INCLUDED IN BETA

4) Proveout.com INCLUDED IN BETA

5) Fraud Guardian IN DEVELOPMENT

6) Phone Confirm IN DEVELOPMENT

For further information, or to sign up to beta test, simply visit our product information page at http://www.whmcsmods.org/more_information.php?product_id=8,

** NOTE THAT UPDATES TO THE BETA VERSION ARE HANDLED IN THE BACKGROUND WITH NO INTERVENTION REQUIRED FROM THE ADMINISTRATOR. **
