tldagent
Have a question and hope this is the right area. I've done a search and nothing comes up so where we go. I have had a resellerclub account for several years and some of my clients already have accounts there and domain names. I've set them up in WHMCS and now they'd like to see and manage their domain names in the new WHMCS. How do I import existing domains in the clients resellerclub account into whmcs? Thank you!
chickendippers
As far as I know there isn't an import script; you will need to add them manually: http://wiki.whmcs.com/Importing_Data#Manual_Client_Entry
dkent
You will need to add them manually yes, and add each domain as a "transfer" (using a dummy EPP code if one is needed). Domains won't be done as an official transfer, doing it this way will just allow the clients to use the domains from within your WHMCS. Just make sure you do not submit the "transfer request" to the registrar, otherwise you will be charged.
tldagent
Great info, thank you both. Where's that darn Post Thank You Hack???? LOL. **Update** I did as you said dkent and did transfer with dummy epp code and DID NOT send it to registrar. It seems to have worked excellent. Great advice, thank you again.
