netwise
Hi, I am new to WHMCS and just getting going. I do have a question. One of our products comes with a Year of Free Hosting and then A subscription for the same package kicks in for X ammount of dollars. For the Life of me I don't see how to do this ? Bassically They Buy a package for say 800$, and get our Preferred Customer hosting to go with it, that is say 60$ a year. We want the 1st year NOT to bill the customer, and then after the 1st year to kick in the subscription for 60$ a year. Ban do ? Maybe? Thanks in advance... AndrewMKP
I believe this is possible. If you set up a package that only bills the client annually, then mark the first billing cycle as free or you can ammend the invoice or even provide a promotion code to discount the yearly ammount? Then the cycle should continue to bill the customer on a yearly basis as it was in the package?
clbryan26
I would set up the package as billing annually as the amount you specify. Create a coupon code for a 100% discount and place that in your product description.
