glowgirl
I just got my cron job set up and the WHMCS automation schedule is working. However, for some reason there are duplicate notices going out (4 instances of the second overdue notice). What causes this and/or how can I fix it? Thanks.
Matt Wade
What are the timestamps on the emails? Are they are the same time (or within a minute or so)? When is your cron scheduled to run?
glowgirl
The time stamps are 1 minute apart. The job was scheduled to run at 5:15, and the time stamps are 5;16, 5:17, 5:18 and 5:19.
Matt Wade
Obviously you've checked and the invoice number in the notices are all the same?
glowgirl
yes it is.
Matt Wade
Hmmm...I don't know what to tell you on that one. If no one else in the forums answers soon, I'd open a support ticket.

othellotech
you're definately only running 1 copy of the cron ? and you've check the cron logs to see if there are any errors ? and your httpd.conf/php.ini are allocating enough ram to the process ?
