How to setup WHMCS support Email Piping between 2 different domains

Hello,

Sorry for bumping a very old thread. I have done this successfully. Now my problem is, when someone send an email to support@domain.com, I can see from my WHMCS that a ticket has been raised but the sender get the email with ticket ID after around 1 hour later(or may be more, I am not sure). Same way, I got the the notification via email reagarding the ticker after 1 hour. I don't know why is that. Can anyone help me fixing this issue?
