okui Posted January 5, 2009 Share Posted January 5, 2009 hi, i try to login as client and create/replay ticket, before submitting, i add a attachment, it attachment type is allowed with setting, but after submitting,the attachment does not in the ticket at all !! i try to log in as admin and do the attachment uploading, it works well. how can i check why it is ? thank 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
