txkhomes
you have your host name improperly entered or a firewall is blocking your server when trying to create an account ..... Ports 2086, 2087 and a few others have to be open to communicate with WHMCS

mjdj1999
I am having a similar issue. I have the configurable hosting package. I had received an email from WHMCS on how to set it up. I had followed the instructions to a "T" and no matter what I do I get the same thing when I try to activate the account. Module Command Error Sorry, you must choose a plan I have a free plan that customers can add services to. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
