spiralfive
How do you automatically setup reseller accounts using WHMCS? I currently have them configured as regular hosting accounts and have to add reseller permissions manually after the customer requests it.
Greg
I have to do the same thing also. This might be a good thing though as you usually need to apply an ACL to it anyway. It doesnt flag the client as a reseller and it doesnt add any of the Reseller Permissions at all! All it does it creates a normal hosting account, adds the quotas set to the reseller owner and adds the package name.. That's it!
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted December 13, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted December 13, 2006 If that's the case, just open a ticket. All you need is the latest version of the cpanel file uploading and it will fix it. Matt

WHMCS CEO Matt Posted December 16, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted December 16, 2006 No, the latest version of the cpanel interface file for WHMCS. When cPanel changes, the WHMCS automation file also has to change to continue working with it. Matt

WHMCS CEO Matt Posted December 16, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted December 16, 2006 It doesn't change everytime you update cPanel, but every few months cPanel make a change that requires an update. If you haven't updated the file for some time, then that could be the cause of the issue. Like I said in my post above, open a ticket if you think you need it.
