  1. OK how to make it so it doesnt show, Reseller, Dedicated etc etc?
  2. problem is how do i seperate the catagorys... http://demo.whmcs.com/order.php e.g so some one can click packages for shared on my site, and it come up with just hosting packages etc etc... i dont have a clue..
  3. i own a forum, different domain, a totally different server.. now i have the email piping set up on my server for my hosting etc.. now none of the emails in the forum on the other server, is anywhere near the same as the ones setup in whmcs.. and i seam to be send an email like if someone was emailing my support...

  9. yes as stated works perfectly, just doesnt with hotmail can anyone help me, when i try to add my url to my sigg. i get example: http://www.mydomain.com it turns it self into this code <a href=\"http://www.mydomain.com\'>http://www.mydomain.com\">http://www.mydomain.com</a>'>http://www.mydomain.com</a> and then i get http://www.mydomain.com\'>http://www.mydomain.com\">http://www.mydomain.com with the first url not working, and the second one working..
  10. i do use the smtp option, and emails are not being recieved via support tickets.
  11. and i dont mean emails are getting delayed, they not being recieved at all.
  12. You can change that email in the config - support ticket section.
  13. is it me or is it just hotmail??? I tested it out my self, and i doesnt seem to be working? i own my server, i checked everything, and everything is up ok, i even rebooted the server just to make sure

Having problems with this OK i no its set up right ( because i messed around with the path, and it sent me errors ) but the way i have it now, i don't get any error's but nor do i get the email into the support system ( which i take it, thats what its ment to do right?) The current information i have is. support@********.com |/usr/bin/php -q /home/******/public_html/client/pipe/pipe.php I been looking throught the support site, and found diferents types to put it. edit never mind just read that it only works when replying to a ticket, abit crap if you ask me, when will this be chaned?
