Disk Space Problem?

Hello all.

 

Just a problem I have noticed since the update is that my clients cPanel is showing they have unlimited disk space? When on the Automation setup it is stated the ammount they should be allocated? The Bandwidth is showing the correct ammounts.

 

Any help would be appreciated on this one as I am totally stumped.

They do need to exist, try fixing that and see if it takes care of your original problem. I have had packages disappear in WHM after an update (WHM update) but the accounts still showed that they were using the missing packages. Maybe a recent update caused the same issue for you.

No. Even when you first set up WHMCS the packages need to exist independently in WHM. Create the packages in WHM to match the specs you provided in WHMCS. Then for any account that is having your origional problem just click the "Change Package" button on the product.
