keliix06
When you are looking at a shared or reseller account there is a dropdown that you can use to assign that package to a server that isn't available when looking at servers/vps. We have gone in and modified the tblhosting table to assign the server, but as soon as we save any change in WHMCS the server column gets changed back to 0, so it's no longer assigned. Is there any facility available to assign the package to a server and have it stick when we make changes?
othellotech
yes, add your own field for it, or better yet your own x-ref table for it
keliix06
We already have a way to know by looking at the package what server it's on, but when looking at the configured servers it would be nice to see at a glance which are empty and which have accounts. So I don't really care about being able to see what server, just that WHMCS can track it.
