FPForum Posted December 22, 2008 Share Posted December 22, 2008 I have a customer who is in a high risk country but has been a customer for some time. I know he is not fraud and never will be. Yet, everytime he submits a new order it gets flagged by maxmind as a fraud order. Is there anyway I can add him as some kind of exception so he does not get this and can submit/complete his orders as normal?
