Client Paid through 2Checkout but invoice is showing still unpaid

Is this the only transaction that hasn't successfully marked an invoice as paid, or is it your first transaction?

 

Usual cause of this is that your server was temporarily unable to receive the callback from 2CO and so the transaction wasn't recorded.

 

I don't know how 2CO handle this, but WorldPay send us an email informing that the callback was unsuccessful and that we should log the transaction manually.

It was our first transaction. We recently joined 2CO and added it as a payment gateway in WHMCS.

 

It might happen that there is callback problem. We will contact 2CO about it.

 

But we request WHMCS support staff will help us to resolve this issue finding is there any problem in our side or not.
