[FIXED] validation loses field values when creating new support ticket

Hi, when creating a new ticket for a customer in the admin area using:

 

Support > Open New Ticket

 

If you forget to enter some detail such as the subject line or addresse, when you click the "Open Ticket" button you are shown an error message advising that the missing data needs to be filled in, eg:

 

Validation Error

You must enter the name of the person the ticket is going to

 

You are then presented with a completely blank "OPEN SUPPORT TICKET" form.

 

The form that is shown with the error message should be pre-populated with whatever data you had submitted previously.
