borzoid Posted December 4, 2008 Share Posted December 4, 2008 I have a customer who somehow got a "huge" credit on her account about 5 months ago. At approximately the same time invoices stopped being generated for her. I did not notice because I was still getting her paypal subscription payments. I corrected her account to remove the credit and her profile does show monthly recurring billing but her invoice for December was not generated. I did receive the paypal subscription payment which generated a credit because there was not invoice to apply it to. I manually created an invoice and applied the credit but I do not want to have to do this every month. Is there a setting or db table field that I need to edit to force monthly creation of her invoices. Thank you for your help. I have looked in the profile pages and cannot find the setting to "not generate invoices" so I can see if this is the problem.
