WHMCS just sends "create, suspend, terminate" command etc, so merely installing it won't actually do anything to the hosting accounts. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
0 Shaun Posted December 2, 2008 Share Posted December 2, 2008 CW. To further this: WHMCS is mainly an CRM/ordering/invoicing system that can interact with a hosting server to Create accounts. When you install WHMCS it does not talk to the server at all. You can however once you have installed WHMCS have it query the server for the accounts on it. It will the pull down the details of the account from cpanel and create a new client in your WHMCS. You can then enter the details (names) and merge any products into single clients.
