Trial Issues

Dark_Wizard

Question

First off I am using the latest DirectAdmin 1.28.1. Here are the issues:

    * Cannot import accounts and get a "Socket Connection Failed".
    * Firewall isn't an issue as port 2222 is open (directAdmin port).
    * When trying to access DirectAdmin from the "Manage Servers" section it trys to go to this IP -> http://72.20.3.254:2222/ this is not my IP nor what I have entered in the server info.

Even the WHM Import Tool doesn't import customer passwords! You won't find any system that could import these. Why do you need the customer password anyway? All WHMCS needs to suspend/unsuspend or terminate an account is the domain.

Agreed. How about my 3rd issue regarding the wrong IP?

Yep, that is a known issue in the first release of the module. Just open a support ticket requesting the updated file although it is only the link to DirectAdmin that is incorrect. It shouldn't affect the actual working of the module.
