License Noconnect

Recommended Posts

I'm in a quandry guys and need some assistance.

This morning I received this:

LICENSE NOCONNECTION

WHMCS has not been able to verify your license for the past 7 days or more.

Before you can access your WHMCS Admin Area again your license needs to be verified. Make sure you do not have a firewall blocking the connection to our server

If you need assistance, email licensing@whmcs.com.

When attempting to access my admin side.

Ran a search here and found a few items posted but none really helpful. Dropped a ticket. Support guys seem to think it's on my end. Maybe it is. The curltest file form support fails but CURL is installed. DNS is correct, I've had my data center techs double check and verify DNS is ok.

From the server cmd line with firewall disabled. whmcs.com will resolve but can not be pinged nor tracert'd to. WHMCS support says they can not reach my site or the admin side.

So it looks like a I can't get to you and you can't get to me thing maybe.... support verified my IP(s) are not being blocked.

As I just moved from a VPS to a dedicated box and was waiting for the license to reissue. The finger would point to my box. But what.... With CURL installed and DNS ok. I'm at a loss as to what to look for or do.

Appreciate any help,

-Roger
